What are the delivery charges for orders from Ware Care?

We are proud to offer our customers FREE standard shipping on all products.  Expedited shipping methods will be shown at checkout if available and depend on the weight of the product and your location.  You can find more information regarding shipping and delivery by clicking here.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept online payments of Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club cards.

We partner with Stripe to provide secure and convenient payment processing.  Stripe is certified to the highest industry standards and has obtained regulatory licenses around the world.  

How long will delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within a week with standard shipping, however sometimes delivery can take longer due to factors outside of our control.When your order ships out, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number for your package.You can also check the status of your package by visiting “Your Orders” in “Your Account”.

How secure is shopping on Ware Care? Is my data secure?

Ware Care uses a Comodo SSL certificate to secure online transactions for customers.

This means that any data you submit to this website over a https connection will be securely encrypted with the strongest available algorithms.The SSL certificate used by Ware Care carries a $10,000 warranty to further protect customer purchases.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail containing your order information, order number, and billing/shipping information.  You will receive an additional e-mail when your products have shipped or are ready for pickup.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

We generally do not include a printed invoice in shipments.  You can print your order invoice by visiting ‘Your Orders’.

Can I live chat with someone?

During normal business hours you can live chat with us on any Ware Care page.  Look for the blue and white icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.
